font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"></span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">正丰豪苑小区建成超20年，因早期规划未配套管道燃气，长期使用瓶装液化气，存在一定安全隐患，影响居住安全与生活品质。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> 根据《东莞市居民“瓶改管”“十五五”实施方案（2026-2030）》，拟对本小区实施天然气改造，由桥头镇公用事业服务中心作为实施主体，负责方案设计、建设施工、质量监督及补助申请等工作。 按照《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百七十八条关于业主共同决定事项的相关规定 ，现由正丰豪苑小区物业服务企业虹宇物业管理有限公司临深分公司，依法组织发起小区业主对本次改造相关事项进行表决。具体表决事项如下：</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong style="text-indent: 22px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;"> 一、是否同意加装管道天然气项目</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 22px; line-height: 17px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-size: 14px;">为改善市民居住条件，消除居民小区燃气安全隐患，根据《东莞市居民“瓶改管”“十五五”实施方案（2026-2030）》文件精神，对符合条件的老旧小区通过财政补助及企业让利的形式开展加装管道天然气工程。拟对正丰豪苑小区业主进行天然气改造意愿表决。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 22px; line-height: 17px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-size: 14px;">二、是否同意镇公用事业服务中心作为实施主体</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 22px; line-height: 17px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-size: 14px;">天然气改造事项申请，由桥头镇公用事业服务中心 作为项目实施主体，提供本小区“瓶改管”工程的建设、工程质量监督、补助资金申请等一体化服务。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 22px; line-height: 17px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; font-size: 14px;"></span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>注：别墅部分：根据政策要求，因别墅改造成本差异较大，改造费用按所在小区高层“瓶改管”改造单户平均费用进行补助，超出平均费用部分由居民用户自行承担。</strong></span><span style="font-size: 12px;"><br></span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">其他说明：</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"> 1、“瓶改管”天然气工程实施流程：改造意见征集—委托项目实施主体—项目实施主体组织设计、审图、招投标等—公共管道设施建设—公共管道设施验收—户内管道安装—置换通气。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">2、燃具应购买天然气专用合格产品：2022年1月1日实施的《燃气工程项目规范》（GB55009-2021）规定，家庭用户的燃具应设置熄火保护装置，燃具铭牌的燃气类别应与供应的燃气类别一致。依据以上规定，参与加装管道天然气的业主需购买具有熄火保护装置和与气源适配的天然气灶具及燃气热水器。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">3、厨房应符合燃气改造安全条件：户内天然气管道施工前，业主须对开放式厨房加装门（非屏风等）进行有效隔断，相关费用由业主承担；密闭式厨房（无直通室外的门或窗）不符合通气条件。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">4、户内天然气工程补贴范围：1个燃气表、明装镀锌管（≤6米）、2个用气点安装、1条燃气用具连接用不锈钢波纹软管（≤2米/条），燃气自闭阀1个，超出以上补贴范围的按实际工程量收费。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">5、在完成“瓶改管”工程后，小区物业将推动瓶装液化石油气逐步退出，及时消除燃气安全隐患。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11px;"><br></span></p><p><br></p><p style="margin-top: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 11px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;
