font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">方式进行选聘新的物业服务公司。</span></span></p><p>（1）召开业主大会会议，业主从不少于3家的物业服务企业中投票表决选聘；</p><p>（2）授权业主委员会委托招标代理机构进行公开招标选聘；</p><p>（3）授权业主委员会委托招标代理机构进行邀请招标选聘。</p><p>二、选举办法</p><p>东莞市大朗镇天瑞花园小区业委会续聘物业公司领导小组对本小区业主身份（如：姓名）及其在业主大会会议上投票权数、建筑面积进行了核实，同时确定了投票时间以及召开第一届业委会第二次业主大会时间，现予公告如下：</p><p>1、东莞市大朗镇天瑞花园小区投票总票权数。经业委会核对业主清册研究决定：本物业管理区域小区总户数935户，投票总票权数608票，票权总面积 63461.99平方米。</p><p>2、投票表决事项。投票表决事项应当由专有部分面积占比三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决，获得参与表决专有部分面积过半数的业主且参与表决人数过半数的业主同意的法定票数方能通过。</p><p>3、<span style="text-wrap: wrap;">测试投票时间：为期7天（含周末），2024年4月1日至4月7日止</span></p><p> 正式投票时间：为期7天（含周末），2024年4月18日至4月24日止。</p><p>4、投票方式：采用电子投票（在东莞市业主共同决定事项电子投票系统进行投票）</p><p>三、召开第一届业委会第二次业主大会时间和地点</p><p>2024年4月25日上午9点30在东莞市大朗镇天瑞花园小区召开，由镇房管所、长富社区居委会、业委会成员等部门工作人员，天瑞花园小区计票人、唱票人和监票人以及小区热心业主志愿者等现场进行唱票、计票、监票等工作。</p><p>备注：对以上内容有异议的，请在2024年4月8日前以书面的形式向大朗镇长富社区居委会反映。</p><p> 特此公示。</p><p><br style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
