使用年限的问题，该电梯运行中存在开关门异常、困人、坠梯等安全<br/>
隐患，且无法规避与解决。为排除安全隐患，保障设备正常运行，江<br/>
南世家服务中心现计划对本楼栋电梯进行更换。现需对电梯更新改造<br/>
方案进行表决，具体如下：申请长期国债和住宅维修资金对江南世家<br/>
A5 座电梯(注册代码: 30104419002005060131)进行更换新电梯，本<br/>
次涉及范围共 20 户，涉及建筑面积为 2963.00 ㎡，东莞市宏远集团<br/>
物业管理有限公司将积极向国家申报老旧电梯维修更换补助项目，旨<br/>
在争取获得财政支持。一旦长期国债补助申请成功获批，将扣除该笔<br/>
补贴 15 万元/台，不足部分将严格遵循住宅专项维修资金的使用流程<br/>
进行分摊处理，从相关业主个人维修资金账户中核减（无缴纳维修资<br/>
金业主，江南世家服务中心工作人员届时将上门收取现金）。并委托<br/>
东莞市宏远集团物业管理有限公司全程跟踪本工程的施工。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 14.04pt;"> </span>根据规则，第二轮投票只表决一个方案，即对第一轮得票最多的方案进行表决。第一轮得票最多的方案为“快意电梯”。</p><p> <span style="font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 14.04pt;">选用“快意电梯”更换新梯 型号 BUILDINGEYE-ME，预算金<br/>
