font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>根据物业管理相关法规规章规定，嘉湖山庄换届改选小</p><p>组决定召开业主大会会议，具体情况如下：</p><p>一、业主大会召开时间地点</p><p>时间：2026年3月23日早上9点30分</p><p>地点：物业管理处</p><p>二、业主大会投票形式、时间及表决事项</p><p>1、业主大会会议采用书面征求意见（线下投票）和电子投票(线上投票)方式召开。</p><p>(1)线上投票时间为：2026年3月2日上午9点起至2026年3月22日下午17点30分止，业主可通过扫描二维码或者关注微信公众号(东莞市住房和城乡建设局)查看详细情况</p><p>并进行投票；</p><p>（2)线下投票时间为：2026年3月21日-2026年3月22日上午9点30分至12点，下午14点30分至17点30分，</p><p>选票派发点和投票箱设在物业管理处。</p><p>2、表决事项：选举业委会成员、表决《嘉湖山庄小区管理规约》和《嘉湖山庄业主大会议事规则》。表决通过选举业委会成员、《嘉湖山庄小区管理规约》和《嘉湖山庄业主大会议事规则》必须经本小区专有部分面积三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决，经参与表决专有部分面积过半数的业主且参与表决人数过半数的业主表决同意。</p><p>三、注意事项：</p><p>1、线下表决票由良平社区驻点派发，线下投票产权人携带本人有效身份证件、房产证、商品房买卖合同或房产查档证明原件及复印件到物业管理处领取书面表决票，表决票必须由业主本人签名。房产证上产权人是夫妻双方其中一个的，只能由产权人本人投票，不可代投；</p><p>2、未成年人可由其监护人投票。监护人携带本人有效身份证件、户口本原件、复印件参加投票；</p><p>3、司法拍卖的，须提供裁定书原件复印件以及协助执行通知书原件复印件参加投票；</p><p>4、办理公证委托交易的不可参加投票。</p><p>5、对《嘉湖山庄小区管理规约》和《嘉湖山庄业主大会议事规则》表决内容只能选“赞成”、“反对”、“弃权”之一，多选或不选均视为无效；本届选举业主委员会委员人</p><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:等线">数为7人，选举人数超过7人视为无效票。</span></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
