font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p>根 据 物 业 管 理 相 关 法 规 规 章 规 定 ， 万 科 湖 畔 花 园首届 业 主 大会 筹 备 组 决 定 召 开 业 主 大会 会 议 ， 具 体 情 况 如 下 ：</p><p>一、 业 主大会 召 开 时 间 地 点 时 间 ： 2 0 2 6 年 3 月 2 6日 早 上 9 点 3 0 分 ，</p><p>地 点 ： 2 号 门 门岗</p><p> 二、 业 主大 会 投 票 形 式 、 时 间 及 表 决 事 项<br/>1 、 业 主 大 会 会 议 采 用书 面征 求 意 （ 线 下 投 票 ） 和 电子 投 票 （ 线 上 投 票 ） 方 式 召 开 。 </p><p>（ 1 ） 线 上 投 票 时 间 为 ： 2 0 2 6 年 3 月 1 6 日 上 午 9 点 起至 2 0 2 6 年 3 月 2 5日 下 午 1 7 点 3 0 分止 ， 业 主 可 通 过 扫 描 二 维 码 或 者 关 注 微 信 公 众 号 （ 东 莞 市 住 房 和 城 乡 建 设 局 ） 查 看 详 细 情 况 并 进行投 票 ；</p><p> （ 2 ） 线 下 投 票 时 间 为 ： 2 0 2 6 年 3 月 2 4日 9 点 3 0 分 至1 2 点 ， 1 4 点 3 0 分 至1 7 点 3 0 分 ， 1 8 点 3 0 分 至2 0 点 3 0 分 ， 选 票 派 发 点 和 投 票 箱 设 在 2 号门门岗 。 </p><p>2 、 表 决 事 项 ： 选 举 业 委 会 成 员 、 表 决 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 管 理 规 约 》 和 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 业 主大会 议 事 规 则 》 。 表 决 通 过 选 举 业 委 会 成 员 、 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 管 理 规 约 》 和 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 业 主 大 会 议 事 规 则 》 必 须 经 本小 区 专 有 部 分 面 积 三 分 之二 以 上 的 业 主 且人 数 占 比 三 分 之二 以 上 的 业 主 参 与 表 决 ， 经 参 与 表 决 专 有 部 分面 积 过 半 数 的 业 主 且 参 与 表 决人数 过 半 数 的 业 主 表 决 同 意 。</p><p> 三 、 注 意 事 项 ： 1 、 线 下 投 票 产 权 人 携 带 本 人有 效 身 份 证 件 、 房 产 证 、 商 品 房 买 卖 合 同 或 房 产 查 档 证 明 原 件 及 复 印 件 到 2 号 门门岗 领 取 书面 表 决 票 ， 表 决 票 必 须 由 业 主 本 人 签 名 。 房 产 证 上 产 权 人 是 夫 妻 双 方 其 中 一 个 的 ， 只 能 由 产 权 人 本 人 投 票 ， 不 可 代 投 ； 2 、 未 成 年 人 可 由 其 监 护 人投 票 。 监 护 人携 带 本 人有 效 身 份 证 件 、 户 口本 原 件 、 复 印 件 参 加 投 票 ； 3 、 司 法 拍 卖 的 ， 须 提 供 裁 定 书 原 件 复 印 件 以 及 协 助 执 行 通 知 书 原 件 复 印 件 参 加 投 票 ； 4 、 办 理 公 证 委 托 交 易 的 不 可 参 加 投 票 。 5 、 对 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 管 理 规 约 》 和 《 万 科 湖 畔 花 园 业 主 大 会 议 事 规 则 》 表 决 内 容 只 能 选 “ 赞 成 ” 、 “ 反 对 ” 、 “ 弃 权 ” 之一 ， 多 选 或 不 选 均 视 为 无 效 ； 本 届 选 举 业 主 委 员 会 委 员 人数 为 5人 ， 选 举 人数 超 过 5 人视 为 无效 票 。 </p><p><br style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;"/></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
