background: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">是否同意授权碧桂园生活服务集团股份有限公司代表翡翠轩明珠轩关联业主作为本次更换新电梯工程的代理人（东莞市常平镇金碧花园第一届业主委员会作为第三方参与），实施(包括但不限于)以下的行为:(1)代理业主依法选任招标代理公司，依法选聘以上工程的设计预算审图监理和施工等单位，业委会（丙方）与电梯公司（乙方）和物业（甲方）签订三方合同。(2)监督中标方拆除旧电梯，安装新电梯及周边配套等整个工程进度，直到验收交付使用。(3)其他与以上所有项目有关的事宜。(4)授权期限至完成电梯改造工程之日止。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">三，从参与竞标的以下九家意向电梯（代理）公司中表决选聘其中一家作为更换新电梯的合作商(只选一家)：</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">1.广东鼎方电梯工程有限公司代理的日立电梯(中国)子公司永大电梯设备（中国）有限公司，永大品牌IQ-R-800*11/11-CO105</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">小机房客梯(黑标装潢），报价160000元/台（旧电梯按10000元/台回收），</span><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">包含电梯空调，提供三年免保，提供六大部件六大核心部件(曳引机、控制柜、安全钳、限速器、门电机)十年质保。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">2.东莞市道达电梯有限公司代理的快意电梯股份有限公司的快意品牌METIS-CR型号小机房乘客电梯，报价152800元/台，提供一年免保。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">3.广东鼎方电梯工程有限公司代理的快意电梯股份有限公司的快</span><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">意</span><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">品牌METIS-CR型号小机房乘客电梯，报价153000元/台，包含电梯专用空调，提供二年免保，六大核心部件免保十年。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">4.广东广奥电梯有限公司(无代理商)广奥品牌TKY型号有机房乘客电梯，报价156000元/台，提供二年免保，另外，若业主愿意筹资5000元/台，可以安装电梯专用空调。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">5.富士电梯制造（东莞）有限公司(无代理商)东莞富士品牌TKJ825/1.5VVVF-JXW型号有机房客梯，报价158000元/台，包含电梯专用空调，提供一年免保。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">6.广东梯井电梯配套工程有限公代理的康力电梯股份有限公司康力品牌KLKS/800/1.6有机房乘客电梯，报价158000元/台，提供二年免保。</span><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">7.广东康立电梯有限公司代理的广州广日电梯工业有限公司的广日品牌MAX-E825-CO1.5型号小机房乘客电梯，报价181900元/台，如需增加电梯空调，由业主筹资4000元/台。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">8.东莞市莞立电梯工程有限公司代理的日立电梯(中国)有限公司HITACHI品牌HGE小机房电梯，报价187500元/台，提供二年免保，同时由业主选择①增加电梯专用空调，或者②总价减5000元/台。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">9.广东梯井电梯配套工程有限公代理的上海三菱电梯有限公司的上海三菱品牌LEGY-III系列小机房电梯，报价223400元/台，提供一年免保，不包含电梯空调，提供六大核心部件(曳引机、控制柜、安全钳、限速器、门电机)十年质保服务。</span></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
