font-size: 12px;">1、表决公共收益使用方案</span></p><p style="text-indent: 41px;line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 12px;">议题说明：（1）.单次使用金额 ≤ 30000元：授权业委会审核批准，但必须获得超过半数的业委会委员书面同意。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 41px;line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 12px;">（2）.30000元 < 单次金额 ≤ 50000元：授权业委会审核批准，但必须获得业委会全体委员的书面同意。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 41px;line-height: 150%"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 12px;">(1)、每个季度产生的公共收益，按照维修资金系统登记的建筑面积为计算依据分摊到每户，例如：小区有50户，共4000平米，每季度产生1万元公共收益。即10000元（每季度公共收益）÷4000平方米（小区住户总建筑面积）=2.5元/平米。如物业持有人维修资金系统登记的建筑面积为35平米，即当期分配金额为：2.5元/每平米×35平米=87.5元。具体每户建筑面积详见投票界面附件。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;
