font-size: 14px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">二、是否同意授权东莞伟信物业代表紫荆花园（L、O、J区）翰林雅苑1幢关联业主作为本次更换新电梯工程的代理人实施(包括但不限于)以下的行为:(1)代理业主依法选任招标代理公司，依法选聘以上工程的设计预算审图监理和施工等单位，与电梯公司签订相关合同。(2)监督中标方拆除旧电梯，安装新电梯及周边配套等整个工程进度，直到验收交付使用。(3)其他与以上所有项目有关的事宜。(4)授权期限至完成电梯改造工程之日止。</p><p style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
