style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">里程花园原物业服务企业于2025年4月30日退出小区物业服务，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》、《东莞市物业管理条例》等有关法规和上级工作指引，镇职能部门为里程花园公开选取了紧急物业服务企业。现结合本小区具体情况，拟组织召开业主大会，表决选聘正式物业服务企业有关事宜，具体如下：</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">一、召开时间：2025年7月28日16:30(业主大会开箱)</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">二、表决形式：使用电子投票系统进行投票。无法使用电子投票系统的业主可以采用纸质选票的方式进行补充投票（以下简称<span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">纸质投票</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">）。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">2.授权水南村委会委托招标代理机构进行公开招标选聘（招标费用由中标企业承担，如流标则从小区公共收益中支出）；</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">3.授权水南村委会委托招标代理机构进行邀请招标选聘（招标费用由中标企业承担，如流标则从小区公共收益中支出）。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">1.电子投票操作（详见附件1）</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">2.纸质投票操作</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">（1）选票发放：采用业主自行领票和上门发票并行的方式，业主凭有效的身份证明文件和不动产权属证明文件领取选票，领取选票时业主须在选票签收簿上亲笔签名确认。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">业主可自行到水南村委会办事处一楼内设置的固定投票点领取纸质选票。上门发票仅限行动不便且无法使用电子投票的业主可预约上门发票和投票，由水南村委会组织选票发放人员上门发放纸质选票，并携流动票箱上门供投票。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">（2）投票方式：业主应到水南村委会办事处一楼内设置的固定投票点进行纸质投票。业主委托他人投票的，应填写有业主亲笔签名（加盖指模或公章）的《授权委托书》（详见附件2），并附业主和委托代理人身份证明文件复印件（文件所有人签名加盖指模或公章）、业主不动产权属证明文件复印件（业主签名加盖指模或公章）。委托代理人投票时须出示《授权委托书》（含已签章的证明文件）和委托代理人身份证明文件原件方可代为投票。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">（3）根据《石碣镇里程花园小区业主清册》的数据，此次选举共印刷纸质选票20张（含备用票０张），共设置投票箱2个（其中固定票箱1个、流动票箱1个）。固定票箱封箱后放置水南村委会办事处一楼，流动票箱和各票箱钥匙由水南村委会保管。开箱时在相关职能部门工作人员的共同监督下拆封条点票。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">3.投票权数：以业主拥有的专有部分物业建筑面积确定该业主投票的面积票权数。一户有多个共有产权人或者同一业主拥有本小区多个物业产权的，计一个业主票权数。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">4.开箱验票和结果公布：</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">（1）纸质投票的开箱验票：2025年7月28日16:30开始在水南村委会办事处一楼验票统计纸质选票表决情况。</span></p><p style="margin-top:5px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:0;text-indent:40px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">（2）纸质选票统计完成并经核对后按《东莞市业主共同决定事项电子投票规则（试行）》要求统一录入电子投票系统，系统汇总后自动生成的表决结果将在小区公告栏和东莞市物业信息系统（</span><a
