font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:43px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:40px"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:宋体">根据东水务【</span><span style="font-family:宋体">2024】180号文件，为贯彻落实国家部委要求，全力推进新建居民住宅小区二次供水抄表到户工作，实现供水企业对二次供水设施专业化、规范化管理的目标，维护并提升二次供水的水质与服务质量，增强市民群众用水的获得感、幸福感和安全感，东莞市水务局牵头联合有关部门，编制了《东莞市新建居民住宅小区二次供水抄表到户管理工作方案》。具体实施内容如下：</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:43px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:40px"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 21px">供水企业将接管黄江未来时区花园总表至用户贸易结算水表之间的生活供水管道、水池（箱）、泵房等设施设备，并实施专业运营管理；同时，由供水企业直接抄录小区用户贸易结算水表，实现服务直达终端用户。</span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:43px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:40px"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:宋体">未来时区花园小区的内部公共供水设施归全体业主共同所有。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》（下称《民法典》）第二百七十八条</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“下列事项由业主共同决定：（七）改建、重建建筑物及其附属设施；（(九）有关共有和共同管理权利的其他重大事项。业主共同决定事项，应当由专有部分面积占比三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决，且经参与表决专有部分面积四分之三以上的业主且参与表决人数四分之三以上的业主同意”以及《东莞市物业管理条例》第十九条“表决结果应当在物业管理区域显著位置以及市物业信息系统公示，公示期限为三十日。公示期间业主对表决结果有异议的，可以向镇人民政府（街道办事处）申请复核”，应依法由未来时区花园业主共同表决并公示后，由业主委托业主委员会（物业公司）或小区所属村（居）委会等组织向黄江分公司申请抄表到户。 </span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:43px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:40px"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:宋体">我司现就二次供水设施移交水务公司、实现</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“抄表到户”事宜，组织黄江未来时区业主进行表决，并将严格依照相关规定执行。</span></span></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
