font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">为妥善解决电动自行车停放与充电安全问题，结合小区实际情况，根据电动自行车集中停放、充电场所消防安全规范要求，现发起于家和时代花园公共区域安装电动自行车棚事项的投票，诚邀全体业主参与事项表决，您的投票将直接影响小区改造方向，期待您的参与！</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">表决事项</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">表决事项一：于家和时代花园3号楼2单元后围墙边、4号楼1单元后围墙边、6号楼旁围墙边安装电动自行车棚。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">表决事项二：于家和时代花园正门口广场安装电动自行车棚。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">表决规则：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">根据小区业主的提议，现就该项工程发起表决，请全体业主共同决定。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">根据《民法典》第二百七十八条：改变共有部分的用途，应当由专有部分面积占比三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决。同时应当经参与表决专有部分面积四分之三以上的业主且参与表决人数四分之三以上的业主同意。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">表决形式、时间：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">(1)本次采用书面表决(线下投票)和电子投票(线上投票)的方式进行表决。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">(2)线上投票时间：2026年2月1日8：00至2026年3月31日18：00，业主可关注（东莞市住房和城乡建设局）微信公众号，完成业主身份认证后即可参与投票。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">线下投票时间为：2026年2月1日至2026年3月31日8：00-17：30。线下纸质表决票领取点及投票箱设在5号楼一楼物业服务中心前台，业主现场填写即可投票。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">开票时间、地点：2026年4月1日下午15：00家和时代花园阳光雨党群服务站。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">注意事项</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">1、线下投票产权人携带本人有效身份证件、房产证、商品房购买合同或房产查档证明（原件及复印件）到5号楼一楼物业服务中心前台取表决票，表决票必须由业主本人签名。房产证上产权人登记为夫妻双方其中一人名下的，只能由产权人本人投票，不可代投。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">2、未成年人可由其监护人投票。监护人携带本人有效身份证件、户口本（原件及复印件）参加投票。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">3、司法拍卖的，须提供裁定书及协助执行通知书（原件及复印件）参加投票。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">4、办理公证委托交易的不可参加投票。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">5、对表决内容只能选“同意”、“反对”、“弃权”之一，多选或不选均视为无效。</span></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
