font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">本小区关于利澳花园关于补选委员和是否续聘广东启峰物业或选聘新物业的投票的投票因一、我会考虑不周，前期设定的业主大会投票时间不够充分。同时，在投票初期我会有所懈怠，造成后期的投票工作存在时间不足的情况。 二、因小区开发时间较早，有1000多户其中有一部分住在外市，增加动员业主投票难度。部分年龄较大的业主不会操作电子投票要热心业主上门帮助。 三、现在有30户港澳台外籍人士要等时间寄来表决票，需要延长动员为了保障业主参与权益。而延期，延期后投票结束时间由2025年07月28日延至2025年08月10日，由此带来不便，敬请谅解。<br/><br/></p><p style="text-align: left;
