font-size: 19px;">近期，省供电公司于2025年4月3日下发《关于进一步加快做好非电网直供电小区客户供配电资产接收工作的通知》，要求全面加快推进非电网直供电居民住宅小区供配电资产接收工作，并对住宅小区供配电资产接收标准进行了优化调整。供电部门计划接收符合条件小区的供配电设施设备并负责运营，目前政策为“先接收，后改造”。移交后，产权将归属供电部门，后续运营、增容、维修及更新设备等全部工作由其负责，业主无需再承担相关费用。</span></p><p style="font-family: " helvetica="" neue",="" helvetica,="" arial,="" sans-serif;="" font-size:="" 14px;="" text-wrap-mode:="" wrap;="" background-color:="" rgb(255,="" 255,="" 255);="" text-indent:="" 43px;"=""><span style="font-family: 新宋体;
