font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 31px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:仿宋">根据东水务【</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">2024】180 号文件，为落实国家部委要求，全力推进新建居民住宅小区二次供水抄表到户，实现由供水企业专业化、规范化管理，维护、改善和提升二次供水水质和服务质量，增强市民群众用水的获得感、幸福感和安全感。东莞市水务局牵头，会同有关部门，编制了东莞市新建居民住宅小区二次供水抄表到户管理工作方案。具体使用方案如下：</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 31px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">供水企业接收</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">碧海云天花园</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:仿宋">总表至用户贸易结算水表之间的生活供水管道、水池</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">(箱)、泵房等设施设备进行专业运营管理，由供水企业负责直接抄录小区用户贸易结算水表，实现服务到终端。</span></span></p><p><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">根据文件要求业主抄表到户意愿，在满足专有部分面积占比三分之二以上的业主且人数占比三分之二以上的业主参与表决，参与表决专有部分面积过半数以上的业主且参与表决人数过半数以上的业主同意的条件后，向供水企业提出抄表到户的申请，并提交二次供水设施验收的相关资料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 37px;line-height: 31px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:仿宋">我司现针对二次供水设施移交水务公司、实现</span><span style="font-family:仿宋">“抄表到户”事宜，组织</span></span><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">碧海云天</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">业主进行表决，并按相关规定执行相应</span><strong><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:12px">。</span></strong></p><p><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px"></span><br/></p><p><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
