font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; text-indent: 32px; text-wrap: wrap;"><p>1、具体投票说明如下：</p><p>本次投票以电子投票为主，书面征求意见(纸质投票)为辅的形式进行。电子投票时间由2026年5月30日9:00至2026年6月5日9:00止。纸质投票时间为为2026年6月3日至6月4日，上午9:00-12:00，下午4:30-5:30。</p><p>纸质投票采用固定点形式投票，对业主是未领身份证的未成年人、境外人士、港澳台、公司的，无法登录电子投票系统的，业主可凭有效房产信息证明凭证、身份证(或其他有效身份证明)到翠亨豪园小区大门处进行选票表决，并投进票箱;若委托投票的，请务必把选票、委托书、委托人身份证复印件、房产证(不动产权证明)复印件、受托人身份证或法人营业执照复印件订在一起再投进票箱。</p><p>电子投票方式和书面征求意见(纸质投票)方式二选一即可，如遇两种方式都选取的情况，以电子投票方式的结果为准。</p><p>2、计票时间和方式:2026年6月5日上午10时在东莞市黄江镇新市社区开票。</p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">表决事项：</span><br/></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">（一）选举东莞市黄江镇翠亨豪园小区业主委员会委员。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">（二）表决《东莞市黄江镇翠亨豪园小区业主大会议事规则（表决稿）》。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">（三）表决《东莞市黄江镇翠亨豪园小区管理规约（表决稿）》。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">由以下刘玉洁、李先荣、吴小娴，肖吉星、胡圆圆、郭利芳、辛亮、钟彬、丁志文、胡同善、曹迎霞、任勇、李任养，13名候选人中选取，其中9名业委会委员，2名业委会候补委员。业主委员会实行差额选举的，未当选业主委员会委员且得票数达到法定票数的候选人，可以按照得票顺序当选业主委员会候补委员。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">本公告未尽事宜的处理以及解释，由首次业主大会会议筹备组根据相应法律法规进行解释。</span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">（联系人：叶生，联系方式13556781976）</span></p><p><br/></p></span><span style="font-family: 宋体;
