font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; text-indent: 32px; text-wrap: wrap;"></span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24px;"> 根据南城房管所及宏远社区2024年09月29日指导意见，《东莞市物业管理条例》第十七条“业主大公会议表决事项应当采用逐项记名投票逐项记票的方式表决”，现将修正表决内容公告如下：<br></span></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24px;"><br></span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24px;">东莞市南城街道宏景商贸中心小区</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24px;">业主大会公告</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>一、 业主大会召开时间： 2024年11月19日(星期二)上午9点</p><p> </p><p>二、 正式投票分两个阶段进行：</p><p>1、本次选举电子投票时间早于线下投票站纸质投票时间、以提高投票效率、节约选举资源。</p><p>2、微信电子投票开始时间：2024年10月04日（国庆假期）上午9点</p><p>3、线下纸质投票开始时间：2024年10月26日(星期六)上午10:00</p><p> </p><p>三、 业主大会投票地点及召开地点:</p><p>1、业主大会线下投票地点：小区监控室（篮球场旁边）为固定投票点（双监控24小时票箱录制视频），如遇雨天或极端天气/国家法定节假日线下投票活动暂停。</p><p>2、业主大会召开：宏景商贸中心小区篮球场。</p><p> </p><p>四、业主大会会议召开形式: </p><p>电子投票为主，书面征求业主意见（以下简称书面投票）为辅的形式。</p><p>1、电子投票：本次业主大会主要使用东莞市业主共同决定事项电子投票系统进行投票，业主可关注“东莞市住房和城乡建设局”公众号——点击“服务”——点击“业主投票”——点击“业主表决”——完成业主“身份认证”后进行投票。</p><p>2、书面投票：在电子投票测试时，换届小组发现至少有以下几种情况可能导致业主无法完成身份认证或参与电子投票：</p><p>（1）在东莞市住宅专项维修资金系统中业主姓名或身份证号码与实际不符。</p><p>（2）持港澳台身份证件购房的业主。</p><p>（3）以公司名义购房的业主。</p><p>（4）没有或不会使用智能手机的业主。</p><p>（5）其他情形。</p><p> 存在以上情形导致无法进行电子投票的业主，可携带业主身份证资料、房产证资料到固定投票点联系三票人员进行身份验证，参与书面投票。</p><p>如个人信息与业主清册一致，可提供身份证资料验证 ;
