font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><p> <strong> 南城江南世家小区第五次业主大会公告</strong></p><p> </p><p>一、业主大会会议召开时间：2025年 02月14 日9:00。</p><p>二、正式投票分两个阶段进行：</p><p>1. 本次表决电子投票时间早于线下投票站纸质投票时间以提高投票效率、节约资源。</p><p>2. 微信电子投票开始时间：2024年 12 月 27 日9：00</p><p>3. 线下纸质投票开始时间：2025年 02 月 08 日10：00</p><p>二、业主大会投票地点及召开地点：</p><p>1. 业主大会线下纸质投票地点：业主委员会办公室为固定投票点，行动不方便者可以预约上门投票。</p><p>2.业主大会召开地点：游泳池旁老年活动中心。</p><p>三、业主大会会议召开形式: 电子投票为主，书面征求业主意见（以下简称书面投票）为辅的形式。</p><p>1. 电子投票：本次业主大会主要使用东莞市业主共同决定事项电子投票系统进行投票，业主可关注“东莞市住房和城乡建设局”公众号----点击“服务“---- 点击”业主投票”----点击“业主表决”----完成“身份认证”后进行投票。</p><p>2.书面投票：在电子投票测试时发现有以下几种情况可能导致业主无法完成身份认证或参与电子投票：</p><p>（1）在东莞市住宅专项维修资金系统中业主姓名或身份证号码与实际不符。</p><p>（2）持港澳台身份证件购房的业主。</p><p>（3）以公司名义购房的业主。</p><p>（4）没有或不会使用智能手机的业主。</p><p>（5）其他情形。</p><p> 存在以上情形导致无法进行电子投票的业主，可携带业主身份证资料、房产证资料到固定投票点进行身份验证并参与书面投票。</p><p> 如个人信息与业主清册一致，可提供身份证资料验证；如个人信息与业主清册不一致，请提供身份证资料+房产证资料验证。（以上资料均可提供原件、复印件货电子档核对）</p><p> 同一专有部分的业主在投票期间分别通过书面投票方式和电子投票方式进行重复投票的，业主的投票表决意见以电子投票意见为准。</p><p>四、投票时间：</p><p>1.电子投票的时间为：2024年 12 月27日9：00至2025年 02 月 13 日23：59分，全天24小时可投 。</p><p>2.书面投票时间为：2025年 02 月 08 日10:00至 2025年02月 13 日18：00。（春节人口流动往返期间，不设书面投票）</p><p>温馨提示：因线下投票业主不多，三票人员不定时值守现场，届时会在微信群公布三票人员的联系方式，业主前来投票可提前与三票人员联系，以方便业主过来投票时无需等待。书面投票封箱单位为宏远居委会。</p><p>3. 现场投票截止日期为：2025年 02 月 13 日18:00</p><p>4. 现场开箱验票时间为：2025年 02 月 14 日9:00</p><p>五、业主大会会议主要内容：</p><p>1、表决更新后的《物业服务合同》</p><p>2、表决《江南世家住宅小区业主大会议事规则》（修正版）</p><p>3. 表决用全体业主公共收益翻新小区洋房一楼入户大堂</p><p>4. 表决《江南世家业委会财务制度》</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> 江南世家小区第四届业主委员会</p><p> 2024 年 12 月 11 日</p><p style="text-align:center;line-height:150%"><br/></p></p><p style="white-space: normal;
