style="font-family:仿宋">2024年12月6日业主大会表决结果：不续签本小区前期物业合同，并召开业主大会从不少于3家的物业服务企业中直接表决选聘；业主大会表决结果公示30天内未收到异议。业主委员会于2025年3月14日发布了选聘物业服务企业公告，截止至2025年4月1日，共收到五家物业服务企业参选文件，并于2025年4月4日开始候选人的名单公示（不低于15天），根据选聘物业服务企业流程，现业委会就本次业主大会经全体业主共同表决决定的事项以及投票时间、投票方式等事宜作如下通知：</span></span></p><p
