对于各业主水表前的设施设备损坏/老旧均由供水企业进行维护。<br>3.水表目前没有定，按照方便抄表到户的原则肯定是数字水表，但同时也要兼顾届时的改造资金是否支持。<br>
4.改造是由专营单位对该小区的二次供水设施进行检验，对于不合格的进行改造升级，对于具有改造意愿的待资金落实到位后优先开展设施改造。<br> 5.缴费根据水表读数为准，原则上水表不动不用交费。<br> 6.以市发改局定价为准，合法收费不会多收超收。<br> 7.二次供水，是由于高层供水市政管网压力不够（通常6层以内）需要使用加压设备，将市区公共供水进行加压，从而让其能够输送到更高的楼层，给高层用户使用。=========抄表到户管理是指供水企业接收居民住宅小区总表至用户贸易结算水表之间的生活供水管道、水池<br>
(箱)、泵房等设施设备进行专业运营管理，由供水企业负责直接抄录居民住宅小区用户贸易结<br>
算水表，实现服务到终端。<br> 8.水表不是专营单位制造的，都是统一采购符合国家标准的水表，因此转速是一样的（故障的<br>
